Bring Your Skill Set To Dubbo’s Provider Of Choice For Disability Support. In This Role, Your Day-to-day Work Creates Visible, Empowering Outcomes For Adults With Disabilities By:

Guiding daily living skills and supporting individual personal care.Facilitating active community access, social engagement, and key appointments.Completing daily case notes, incident reports, and essential administrative tasks.Working flexibly across various age groups and client needs as required.

Note: To provide seamless support to our clients, availability across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts) is highly valued.

What You Bring To The Team

The Essentials:

Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
