An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated General Practitioner to join a dynamic, GP-led medical practice located in the vibrant coastal town of Torquay, Victoria. Operating within a modern, purpose-built facility inside a bustling local shopping center, this practice offers an exceptional environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care and clinical autonomy.

The clinic features seven fully equipped consulting rooms and a modernized treatment room, utilizing Best Practice software and HotDoc online bookings to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful practitioner will step into an established patient base of 30 to 35 patients per day, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The workforce composition includes experienced administrative staff, dedicated nursing support, and on-site dental and allied health services. Comprehensive Chronic Disease Management (CDM) support is integrated into the practice structure, allowing doctors to focus on delivering holistic care. Operating on a mixed-billing model, the position offers an attractive 65% to 75% of billings alongside a minimum income guarantee, providing excellent financial reward and security.

Practitioners are granted the freedom to practice medicine with true clinical autonomy, while also enjoying extensive professional development opportunities. The practice encourages the pursuit of special interests—such as skin cancer medicine, women’s health, or minor procedures—and offers strong Continuing Professional Development (CPD) support.
