As an Assistant Café Manager, you will:

Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.Meet budget targets and manage tills accurately.Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly.Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.

About You

We Look For Someone Who Has

Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/ management position in a similar fast-paced setting.A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.Quick thinking with strong team leadership skills.A motivated team player eager to inspire and develop others.Ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
