Warehouse Picker/Packer

About the role

Join our warehouse crew in Smeaton Grange as a Warehouse & Delivery Team Member. This full-time role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a business that values efficiency and great service. While the primary focus is on receiving goods and picking orders, you'll work in a tight-knit team with seasonal workloads, so you'll need to be confident across all warehouse tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and stowing incoming goods

• Picking, checking, and packing customer orders

• Operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and manage pallet racking

• Assembling and repacking products

• Assisting with freight bookings, goods receipting, and invoicing

• Supporting stock take activities

• Delivering orders to customers when required

• Keeping the warehouse safe and clean

About you

• A current forklift license and driver's license

• Confidence using software and IT systems

• Strong task management and prioritization skills

• A proactive attitude and commitment to getting orders out on time

• Excellent communication skills to deal with customers and vendors in line with company values
