The Gig

We’re looking for a Barista who can do a little bit of everything and do it with style.

You’ll be slinging coffees, running food, delivering in-room dining, and helping create an incredible guest experience across our café, Bruno’s, breakfast service, and hotel outlets. No two days are the same, and honestly, that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To

Prepare Beverages, including Coffee, Tea, smoothies, and Iced DrinksMaintaining and operating coffee equipment - Espresso Machine, grindersEnsuring quality control by following recipes and prepping food and drink according to standardFollowing Food and safety & Hygiene StandardsKey Communications and customer service skillsManual handling - as employees will be expected to lift chairs and stockManaging stock inventoryPOS and Cash HandlingMaintaining cleanliness of Back of House and Public areas of Bruno's

About You

You’re upbeat, confident, people-focused, and thrive in a busy environment.

You know how to read a room, connect with guests, and stay cool when the pace picks up. You’re a team player who’s happy jumping between coffee machines, floor service, cocktails, and guest chats without missing a beat.

Ideally, You’ll Have

Must have 2 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or hotelMust have an RSABarista skills and confidence behind the machineA proactive attitude and strong work ethicGreat communication skills and positive energyA genuine love for hospitality and guest experience
