Restaurant Manager

The Edinburgh Hotel is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and dining spaces.

You will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing our food and beverage team and driving the commercial performance of the restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the floor and takes pride in leading a team by example.
