Service Technician - Pumps & Spray Painting Equipment

We are currently looking for a motivated, well presented service technician to join our Brisbane team. 

This will involve diagnostic testing, disassembly, repair and reassembly of Airless Spray & Transfer Pumping equipment. Completing quotations and liaising with customers regarding the successful completion of repairs. 

The role involves supporting the smooth running of the service department and achievement of the service objectives along with technical customer/sales staff support.

Qualities that are desirable:

• Knowledge of airless spray and pumping equipment would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

• A background as a car/motor bike or a small engine mechanic would be ideal.

• Great customer service skills.

• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose problems.

• Honest and reliable.

• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Good at time management with the ability to manage and maintain customer requirements.

• A professional presentation - appearance, written and verbal

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

• Someone looking for a long term and stable position with career progression opportunities.

• forklift license desirable

• A current Australian Driver’s license

A full range of in-house training will be provided to the successful applicant to bridge any skills gaps that they might have.
