About the Opportunity

As Community Manager at Officer Lifestyle Estate, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant land lease community, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will:

• Oversee all daily estate operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery

• Provide high-level customer service and manage resident enquiries, concerns and community engagement

• Manage budgets, reporting and financial controls to meet operational KPIs

• Lead and support on-site staff, contractors and service providers

• Coordinate maintenance of grounds, facilities and shared amenities to a high standard

• Develop and implement an annual community events calendar

• Support home installations, refurbishments and stakeholder coordination

• Promote and manage in-house resales of existing homes

• Liaise with Sales, Development and Operations teams to support community growth

• Be available for occasional after-hours matters or key community events
