Mechanical Engineer

The Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is mechanically minded, hands-on, and motivated by problem-solving. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions. You will be involved in both design work and hands-on problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.       

The Role Includes:

• Product design and development of new and improved products

• Develop jigs, fixtures and other manufacturing aids  

• Conduct metrological evaluation and reporting  

• Assist in development of new manufacturing methods  

• Complete CAD design and drafting as required

About You:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong team mindset

This role is a full-time position, with day shift, Monday to Friday with the option of working a nine day fortnight.
