No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in helping our customers find the right water solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist trade and retail customers with product enquiries and ordersProvide friendly and professional customer service at the counterReceive, check and organise incoming stockPick, pack and prepare customer ordersMaintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory controlRestock shelves and keep the store and warehouse organisedAssist with customer pickups and deliveriesMaintain a safe, clean and well-presented work environmentWork collaboratively with the team to support daily operationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has a positive attitude and strong work ethicEnjoys helping customers and working as part of a teamIs reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workHas good communication and problem-solving skillsIs comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and organising stockIs willing to learn about pumps, irrigation, plumbing and water solutionsPrevious experience in retail, trade counter sales, customer service, warehousing or the water industry is an advantage, but not essential.A current driver's licence is required.
