About the role
Come and Join our Small but Friendly Team
Do you thrive in a role that builds strong customer relationships?
Do you enjoy solving problems so our clients end up with the right storage solutions?
Are you able to carry out general administration duties that ensure our customer service is next to none?
As a key member of our team you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Your duties will include:
Customer Service
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Assist them with their storage and removal needs.
Handle customer requests, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Provide quotes and guidance on our storage and removal services.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored storage and removal solutions.
Admin
Process new customer agreements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service and administration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in Microsoft Office and computer systems in general.
Friendly and supportive environment.
