Student Experience Manager

The Student Experience Manager oversees all aspects of student engagement at the UniSQ Student Guild, ensuring an inclusive and vibrant student experience. This role supervises a team of permanent and casual staff, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality student programs, events, and food services. The manager develops strategic initiatives to enhance student participation, strengthen the student community, and align engagement activities with the Guild’s mission and goals.

There is an attractive salary on offer with free gym membership and family friendly, flexible hours and working arrangements.  This position may be located on either our Ipswich or Springfield campus, some travel within the region is required and occasional evening/weekend attendance at events will be expected in the role.
