Our hospital retail catering team brings that same care to a different kind of room.
The cafés, kiosks and food outlets we run look after staff, patients and visitors every day of the week.

These roles will be based at our newest catering location - Royal North Shore Hospital in St Leonards.

Roles we're hiring for

• Outlet Supervisors - Experienced - Full-Time Opportunities for the right candidate!
  Running the floor day-to-day, opening and closing, leading the shift, handling cash-up, and keeping standards high across the team.

• Baristas - Experienced - Full-Time Opportunities for the right candidate!
  Confident on the machine, fast on the rail, and kind to the queue. Consistency matters, we make a lot of the same coffee, very well.

• Cashiers
  Front-of-house operators on POS and EFTPOS. Friendly, accurate, and unflappable during the morning rush.

• Servers
  Plating, running, restocking and resetting. The people who keep the floor moving and the displays looking sharp.

• Kitchenhands
  The backbone of the kitchen. Prep, dish, deliveries and clean-downs, keeping the section moving and the chefs cooking.

• Cooks
  Breakfast, lunch and grab-and-go production. Clean, quick, consistent work in a busy retail kitchen.

• Chefs - Qualified and Food Safety Certified - Full-Time Opportunities for the right candidate!
  Leading sections, owning the menu, and mentoring the line. We're looking for chefs who care about the small stuff.

The Shifts

Days

Seven days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Rosters are published in advance and shared across the team.

Hours

Early starts from around 6am, with plenty of hours available for the right people!

What you'll bring

• Must provide or complete a National Police Clearance conducted within the last 12 months

• Dependant on the role, may require a Working with Children Check and Proof of Immunisation against infectious diseases

• A warm, professional manner with customers and teammates.

• Reliability, turning up on time, ready to work.

• Pride in the detail: a clean station, a tidy display, a well-made coffee.

• Right to work in Australia and any relevant food-safety or RSA certificates for your role.
