Urgently hiring Diploma Qualified Educator – Seaford Early Learning Centre

Location: Seaford, SA

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

Seaford Early Learning Centre is entering an important period of growth and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced, practical leader who can help us strengthen consistency, accountability and quality across the service

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)/MTOP

• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members

• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Contribute to observations, documentation and daily routines

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

• Current Working With Children Check

• RRHAN

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

• Understanding of EYLF and NQS

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
