Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Quality Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining quality standards, supporting compliance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Part time role (25 hours per week)

About the Role

Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Assisting with internal audits, inspections, and compliance activities

• Investigating quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints

• Collecting and analysing quality data and preparing reports

• Assisting with document control and quality record management

• Supporting corrective and preventive action processes

• Promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Working collaboratively with operational teams to improve processes and outcomes

About You

This role may suit a recent graduate with a qualification in:

• Quality Management

• Engineering

• Business

• Supply Chain and Logistics

• Manufacturing or a related discipline

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Is motivated to learn and develop professionally

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable but Not Essential

• Previous work experience in a quality, compliance, manufacturing, or operational environment

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

• Experience with auditing, data analysis, or process improvement activities
