Site Supervisor - Colorbond Roofing

A qualified and experienced site supervisor is required for this premier supplier and installer of Colorbond® roofing and rainwater products for the new homes market in Canberra and surrounds.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• General site supervision of multiple jobs

• Seeing each job through to completion, no matter what

• Focus on strengthening and growing our position in the ACT/Southern Tablelands and surrounding regions

• Build relationships with current and potential customers through service

• Developing our operations and processes further

To be considered in this role you must demonstrate:

• Exceptional organisational skills and excellent time management

• The ability to manage all aspects of the business and to think strategically and creatively to meet both the customer's and company's expectations.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to recruit subcontractors and organise onsite installations

• Capacity to develop relationships and generate sales

• Competency using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Email, OneDrive etc.)
