Yacht Spraypainter/Prep Hand

Yachtsmiths specialises in delivery of the highest quality paint finishes on luxury superyachts, production vessels, sailing yachts and timber components.
We currently have work available and are looking to take on new staff for upcoming projects based in Coomera.

Negotiable pay rates for candidates with current background in Marine Coatings Industry.

 Ideally the candidate has background in atleast 1 of the below:

• Spraypainting Yachts (Automotive painters looking for a change encouraged to apply)

• Filling and Fairing repairs or newbuilds

• Sanding and Prepping surfaces for spray painting

•  Detailing and Buffing

• Timber veneer finishing/Varnish work
   

We are now looking to fill the following positions:
 

Spraypainter

Parts/Small components  Spraypainter

Fairers

Trade assistant / Prep hand

Labourers
 

Apprentice spray painters are encouraged to apply.

• have a good eye for detail

• be reliable

• be fit

• have own transport or ability to get to site reliably each day

Casual during trial period
