Learn to Swim Teachers - No Experience Required

With over 120 instructors already calling our nationally accredited, award-winning swim school home, The Swim Factory Australia is growing — and we’re looking for more amazing people to join us at our Ipswich, Springfield Central, Spring Mountain, Ripley and Plainland centres!

It’s a fun, active role that works well around school hours, university studies or other family commitments.

The Swim Factory Australia has been teaching local families to swim for 32+ years. We’ve grown from one swim school to five convenient and central locations, so you’ll be joining an experienced team with plenty of support around you while you learn.

Experienced/qualified or no experience — we want to hear from you!

More than anything, we’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with kids and want to do something that matters. Yes, you’ll be teaching an important life skill — but you’ll also be building confidence, creating connections and getting to celebrate the little wins with your swimmers each week.

We want our centres to be somewhere kids feel safe, supported and excited to come to each week, and our instructors are a huge part of making that happen.

We’re looking for people who:

• Reliable and can commit to consistent shifts — our swimmers and families count on seeing familiar faces each week

• We can offer daytime shifts helping with our school programs, afternoon/evening shifts as well as weekends

• Have, or are willing to obtain, your Swimming and Water Safety Teacher qualification, Blue Card and CPR — we’ll help you through the whole process
