The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading plaintiff law firm with a strong reputation for achieving outstanding outcomes for clients across workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents and broader personal injury matters.

You’ll be joining a progressive and supportive team where collaboration, quality legal work and client outcomes are genuinely valued.

The firm is looking for a Solicitor or Associate who is either already working in personal injury or is keen to make the move into this area from a civil or commercial litigation background.

The Role You will work on a varied caseload, initially focusing on:

• Workers’ compensation claims
• Motor vehicle accident claims
• General personal injury matters
• Providing advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process
• Working closely with experienced solicitors to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside highly regarded lawyers who are genuinely invested in your career.
About You You will ideally have experience in personal injury law and a good understanding of the relevant legislation and case law.

However, if you come from a civil or commercial litigation background and are genuinely interested in moving into plaintiff personal injury, you are encouraged to apply.
