Southern Steel QLD is Queensland’s leading steel supplier and processor, operating across 5 locations statewide.

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Toowoomba branch in a permanent, full-time role.

What you’ll do:

• Safely handle and move steel products using forklifts and overhead cranes

• Pick, pack, load, and unload materials with accuracy

• Operate a band saw when required

• Maintain warehouse organisation and general duties

• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace

What we’re looking for:

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

• Crane licence/overhead crane experience preferred (not essential)

• Previous warehouse experience or good knowledge of warehouse operations

• Physically fit and safety focused

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
