Dental Therapist/Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist (Orthodontics)

We are seeking a passionate Dental Therapist, Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to join our experienced and supportive clinical team on a flexible part-time basis (up to 4 days per week).
At Melbourne Orthodontic Group, you'll work alongside a team of specialist Orthodontists in modern, purpose-built practices across Melbourne. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced clinician, you'll receive ongoing support, mentoring, and the opportunity to expand your orthodontic skills while delivering exceptional patient care.
This is more than just a hygiene role. You'll become part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating positive patient experiences for children, teenagers and adults. Most of all, we value our team.

Qualification as a Dental Therapist, Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist
Orthodontic training within your qualification or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills with patients, families and colleagues
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
Confidence treating patients of all ages
A positive, proactive and patient-focused attitude
