About the role

This is a flexible position, full-time or part-time depending on the candidate's needs, providing day-to-day support to the business owner across a diverse range of exciting, fast-growing businesses.

Your work will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support

• Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Assisting with correspondence, emails, and document preparation

• Coordinating between multiple business activities and projects

• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have previous professional experience as a Personal Assistant (essential).

We're looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

• Is proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise

• Takes pride in their work and cares about consistency

• Is reliable and works well as part of a team

• Can manage their time and meet deadlines

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to contribute to the team
