Customer Care Officer who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences every day.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Officer, you'll be part of the centre team, providing front-line support and exceptional service to customers while helping create a welcoming and engaging shopping centre environment. You'll manage the daily operation of the Customer Care Desk, support centre marketing campaigns, and act as a key link between customers, retailers and the centre team.

This is a casual opportunity working 42.25 hours per fortnight within our Commercial Property business. You'll help strengthen customer loyalty by gathering feedback, assisting with enquiries, supporting community initiatives, and ensuring every interaction reflects Stockland's commitment to creating better places and experiences.

Your contribution will help enhance the customer experience, build positive relationships with our retailers and community, and support the ongoing success of the centre.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in a front-line customer service, hospitality, retail or customer care role with confidence engaging with a diverse range of people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence customer outcomes.
• Previous administration experience and sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe environment for customers and team members.
