The Peninsula Mandurah is looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a permanent full-time basis.
 

Located on the stunning Mandurah waterfront, The Peninsula is a vibrant multi-faceted venue offering quality dining, a lively bar, functions and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a passionate leader who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, functions and gaming.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
• Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house team members.
• Leading service across busy bistro, restaurant and function operations.
• Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance.
• Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.
   

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Experience working in busy bistro and/or restaurant environments.
• Functions experience is highly regarded.
• Experience in a multi-faceted hospitality venue.
• TAB experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Current WA RSA certificate.
