Case Manager – Veterans Homelessness Support

Are you passionate about helping people rebuild their lives? Join The Salvation Army and play a vital role in supporting veterans and their families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
As a Case Manager, you'll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support that empowers individuals to secure safe housing, strengthen community connections and achieve long-term stability. Every day, you'll work alongside people to overcome barriers, build resilience and create positive, lasting change.
Working within our Homelessness Stream, you'll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality services that reflect The Salvation Army's mission, values and national Model of Care.
