We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our fun and dynamic team! We are seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Planning & Reporting Officer with an eye for detail and passion for delivering a high level of administrative reporting.

In this role you will have the following accountabilities:

• Coordinate a range of Corporate Reporting including quarterly reporting on the Shire's Corporate Business Plan and monthly reporting on key capital projects.
• Maintain the Shire's reporting information systems.
• Conduct internal training on reporting requirements and processes.
• Communicate reporting outcomes to the Executive Management Team and/or across the organisation, as required.
• Under the direction of the Coordinator Corporate Planning and Reporting, assist to coordinate the development of corporate planning documents including the Corporate Business and Service Team Plans.

Our preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experiences and skillset:

• Diploma or Cert IV in a business / administration related discipline or extensive experience in a similar role.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with well-developed reporting writing skills.
• Demonstrated high level analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

We will negotiate a great salary with you up to $85,000 (pro-rata) depending on the experience you bring to the role.
