Located in the heart of Brisbane, San Telmo brings the energy, flavours and hospitality of Argentina to Queensland. Centred around our open parrilla grill, our menu celebrates premium Australian produce, bold Argentinian flavours and traditional fire-based cooking, complemented by a drinks offering built around quality wine, cocktails and South American influences.

Position Available

Casual Bartender – Restaurant Award Level 2

Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $40.62 per hour
Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages to a consistently high standard

• Delivering warm, engaging bar service while confidently making recommendations to guests

• Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to deliver smooth, fast-paced services

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a busy restaurant or bar

• Strong cocktail, wine and spirits knowledge with confidence delivering fast, consistent and engaging service

• Weekend availability, with flexibility to work evenings and public holidays as required
