The role
Open Therapy is looking for registered psychologists to join as independent contractors. You see clients matched to your focus and approach, set your own rate, and keep it — session after session. No ongoing commission or clinic fees.
What you'll do
See clients via telehealth, in person, or both — your choice
Set your own hours, rate, and caseload
Deliver care aligned with your clinical focus and approach
What you get
You keep what you earn. We charge a flat fee on the first attended session only — nothing ongoing, no percentage of your work after that.

Registered psychologist with AHPRA
