Medical Receptionist (Casual)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Medicross Strathpine on a casual basis (2-3 days per week). The role requires flexibility, including working weekends and assisting with leave coverage when needed. An immediate start is available.

Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)

• Greeting patients

• Answering phone calls and booking appointments

• Patient billing

• Scanning information onto the system

• Updating medical records and patient
  information

• Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.
