About the Role
Brisbane Girls Grammar School is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader to lead the delivery of high-quality frontline technology services across the School.
Working closely with the IT Services and Operations Manager and the broader Information Technology team, you will lead the Service Desk and AV team, provide high-level technical support, and contribute to technology projects, operational improvements and the ongoing development of the School's technology services.

We are seeking an experienced IT service delivery leader who combines technical capability with strong leadership and customer service skills.
