Australia Post HR Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR driver to join our team at ATrans Express.

We have a range of positions available for Australia Post, TGE and/or General Freight. We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years' experience - who is professional, reliable and confident with palletised & fragile freight for a minimum of 25-38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting pre-start and post-start checks on trucks

Safely drive and operate trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers

Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling, strapping and safety

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure they reach designated locations 

Prioritize safety at all times by adhering to company safety policies and procedures

Skills and Experience:

Current HR license (Essential) Minimum 2 years

Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and load handling

Ability to work independently

Ability to perform manual tasks such as loading and unloading 

Strong customer service skills

Be able to pass a fit2work clearance check

Be able to work with electronic scanners
