Solid Plasterer, Passive Fire Protection Application

MP FIRE MP Fire Pty Ltd is a specialist contractor in passive fire protection systems. We are seeking a Solid Plasterer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in passive fire protection application, including vermiculite spray, fireproofing boards and intumescent paint. The position is based at our Gladesville premises.

Benefits Task & responsibilities   Studying drawings and specifications to determine quantity of materials required and installation procedures  Cutting materials and assembling shaped parts such as mesh and pins  Solid plastering on passive fire protection application (vermiculite spray, fireproofing boards, intumescent paint etc.)  Creating decorative and protective layers of fireproofing plaster, cement and other materials  Straightening or levelling uneven corners, fireproofing walls and ceilings  Using airless spray equipment, such as airless spray guns (IMER Small 50, Putzmeister S5 or equivalent) Qualification & experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Solid Plasterer, with demonstrated work in passive fire protection application  Practical experience with fireproofing spray equipment  Ability to read and work from plans and specifications  White Card  Full working rights in Australia About Company MP Fire Pty Ltd is a specialist contractor in passive fire protection, based in Gladesville and operating across the Sydney metropolitan area.
