Swimming Pool Service Technician

About the role

Experienced Pool Service Technician for a growing owner-operated pool service business servicing Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches. You'll be servicing residential pools independently, managing a daily run while being part of a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Service residential pools including cleaning, water testing and balancing

• Add chemicals and check pumps, filters and chlorinators

• Identify faults and communicate with customers

• Manage a daily run independently

About you

• Pool servicing experience is essential with genuine hands-on residential pool maintenance experience

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Strong pool-equipment knowledge and basic fault-finding ability

• Great customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

• Good time management and confidence using a smartphone/app (Pooltrackr is the software we use)

• Full Australian work rights
