Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance Crew Member – Positions Available

No experience necessary – full training provided

Mowing & Growing Pty Ltd is an established Central Coast lawn mowing and garden maintenance business operating since 2005.

We have a position available for someone who wants to learn the lawn and garden maintenance industry and become part of a professional, growing team.

No previous experience is necessary. We will provide full on-the-job training. Experience in lawn mowing, gardening or outdoor work in our industry is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.

The position

• $26 to $33 per hour, award rates apply
• Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
• Weekends off
• Casual to start, with a genuine pathway to permanent full-time employment for the right person
• All work is on the Central Coast
• Full training provided
• Uniforms and PPE supplied
• All tools, equipment and machinery supplied
• Immediate start available

What you will learn

Full training will be provided across all areas of the role, including:

• professional lawn mowing
• whipper snipping and edging
• blowing down and job clean-up
• garden maintenance
• hedging and pruning
• weed control
• general property maintenance
• safe use of commercial lawn and garden equipment
• ride-on and stand-on mower operation

This is a physically demanding job and involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

A current driver's licence is a must.
