Senior Allocator (Bus Fleet & Bus Drivers)

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Allocator who is organised, solutions-focused, and eager to learn. Whether you have experience in transport, logistics, scheduling, or operations—or you're looking to take the next step in your career—we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll help coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes, and schedules across our charter, school, and contracted services. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure services run efficiently, safely, and reliably while gaining valuable experience in transport planning and fleet management.

• Assist with driver and vehicle scheduling.

• Support the planning and allocation of bus services.

• Monitor fleet and driver utilisation and identify improvement opportunities.

• Work with depot teams, drivers, and customers to solve day-to-day operational challenges.

• Support compliance with fatigue management, safety, and transport regulations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Someone who enjoys problem solving and meeting client needs.

• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

• A team player who enjoys working with people and finding solutions.

• Experience in transport, logistics, rostering, scheduling, customer service, or operations.

• Knowledge of fleet management or workforce planning.
