Sales Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and professional team within the manufacturing and packaging industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
• Process customer orders, quotations and sales documentation
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist with order tracking and coordinating deliveries
• Liaise with customers, sales representatives, production and internal teams
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and sales documentation
• Assist with invoicing and general sales administration
• Follow up outstanding orders, enquiries and customer requests
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases
• Support the sales team with general administrative tasks and reporting
• Assist with resolving customer queries and escalating issues when required
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or office administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience working with CRM, ERP or other business systems
• A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
