About the OpportunityJoin a high-impact project with one of the world's leading global payments technology organizations, supporting large-scale customer engagement and marketing transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in delivering data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics, automation, and modern data platforms to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale campaigns while utilizing cutting-edge technologies including SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate marketing and business requirements into SQL-based audience selections, targeting rules, and campaign fulfilment logic.Own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, quality controls, and data integrity throughout delivery.Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.Develop and maintain campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI and Snowflake.Identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and enhance campaign execution, reporting, and measurement processes.Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable campaign solutions.Clearly communicate campaign logic, assumptions, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in campaign management, campaign analytics, or marketing operations.Strong hands-on experience with SQL for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.Experience working with Snowflake and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.Strong understanding of customer data, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.Experience working with large datasets while maintaining high levels of data quality and governance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business and technical audiences.
Preferred ExperienceExperience within banking, financial services, payments, or large enterprise environments.Exposure to campaign automation and customer engagement platforms.Experience working in Agile or cross-functional delivery teams.
