Finance Executive

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to represent one of the world’s most recognised luxury automotive brands. Based at Mercedes-Benz Unley, you will work closely with our valued customers to provide professional, ethical and tailored finance and insurance solutions that support their vehicle purchase experience.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of the finance and insurance function, support dealership sales outcomes and contribute to strong customer satisfaction and CSI/NPS results.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive finance and insurance experience.
• Work with the Senior Business Manager to establish and achieve short- and long-term finance and insurance sales targets.
• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance function to support sales performance and dealership objectives.
• Present customers with suitable finance and insurance options and actively support the buying process.
• Ensure all finance and insurance processes comply with manufacturer guiding principles and company policy.
• Ensure the accuracy and prompt settlement of all insurance products.
• Offer all finance and insurance products professionally, consistently and ethically.
• Contribute to strong CSI outcomes by delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer service matters promptly and efficiently.

Skills & Experience

•  Previous Finance & Insurance sales experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
