Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

This is a varied position combining proactive telephone sales with customer service, order processing and general office support.

Full time preferred, however shorter hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to existing and prospective hospital customers

• Build long-term relationships with nurses, purchasing teams and hospitals

• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into orders

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email

• Assist with general administration as required

About you

• Proven experience in outbound telephone sales

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

• Well organised and comfortable using Microsoft Office

• Stable work history

• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage, but not essential
