The business' strength is in it's purposefully controlled growth since inception, and the relationships it has developed with existing Clients in doing this. This has provided a solid and consistent baseline of projects with opportunities for growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager on a 6-month contract, specific to an exciting new commercial fit-out project initially, but may extend to a permanent role if suitable. This initial 6-month contract role entails:

• Based on site in the Melbourne CBD for a repeat Client

• Overseeing and leading all aspects of the project with support from the director

• Driving the overall programme within a tight, compressed timeframe

• Driving design resolution to meet the programme

• Code compliance

• Directing and allocating of project resources and supervision

• Overseeing quality outcomes of the final product

• Overseeing WHS

• There will be less of a requirement of contract administration oversight for this role on this project

• Defect management

The Candidate

Consider applying if you fit the following criteria:

• Have a relevant qualification - tertiary and trade qualifications considered

• Have experience using typical industry software e.g. Procore, Breadcrumb or Hammertech, Microsoft suite, MS Project for programming

• Have experience working in premium grade CBD office buildings

• Can clearly demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on fast-paced projects valued over at least $5M

• Ability to handle the pressure of a fast paced project and environment

• Strong in programming

• Are a systematic operator, while also being dynamic and open to alternative methods

• Have a positive attitude

• Keen to work in a growing business with opportunity for future work

Remuneration to be determined based on experience and suitability.
