As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our dining venues and play a vital role in delivering friendly, professional, and memorable service to our guests. Your focus on the guest experience and working as a team will help create memorable experiences across our restaurant, bar, café, and event operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needsFast paced service during morning breakfast buffet, including clearing and resetting, buffet top-up and presentation and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphereTaking orders accurately for lunch and dinner service, making recommendations, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentationMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and outdoor terraceCollaborating with team members to respond to guest requests and resolving any concernsFollowing hygiene and safety standards, including food safety and food allergen requirementsAssisting with event setups and functions in the restaurantDelivering in-room dining orders promptly and professionallyAs a full-time team member, you will be paid at the award rate of $27.08 per hour plus applicable penalty rates on weekends and public holidays.
