Dental Receptionist/Assistant (PT/FT)

This unique role blends front desk coordination with clinical assisting support, offering variety, growth, and rewarding patient interactions every day.

• Warmly welcome and check in patients with a friendly smile

• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications

• Handle billing, insurance processing, and administrative tasks

• Assist chairside when needed to support our clinical team

• Use your intermediate chairside dental assisting skills to effectively support clinical procedures

• Help create and maintain a smooth, comfortable, and positive patient experience from start to finish

• Experience in dental reception and/or dental assisting

• Minimum 1–2 years of dental reception or dental assisting experience required

• Experience in both dental reception and dental assisting highly regarded

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• A team player with a friendly, warm, professional, and positive attitude

• Knowledge of dental software is an advantage

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
