At Menlo Coaching, we have added premium test prep services to our well-known MBA admissions consulting business. You would be joining our team in helping clients attain 700+ scores in the most efficient way possible. Our proprietary curriculum and tutoring program curates all the official resources and uses high-level pedagogy designed to help students unlock the hardest questions on the exam. The Role

You would work with MBA applicants who are targeting the Top 20 MBA programs and hoping to achieve their highest possible test scores. Most applicants work in pre-MBA industries such as finance, tech and consulting, and are targeting scores in the 720-760 range. All of our tutoring jobs are remote and our current tutors are spread across the US and Canada.

Using a highly structured curriculum and industry-leading software, you will perform the following tasks:

Meet with potential clients to make sure it is a good fit for both tutor and clientBuild a well-structured and customized study plan for your students at the beginning of each engagementPerform high-quality preparation before each customized tutoring sessionConduct one- to two-hour tutoring sessions in an online classroom at different times throughout the week and weekendFollow up with students promptly and be available for emails and other interactions throughout the tutoring process

Other opportunities exist for curriculum work and marketing (article writing, video work, etc.) for the right candidates.

Job Requirements

760+ GMAT, which is required to win the respect of students targeting elite scoresPassion for teaching and advanced pedagogical methodsStrong planning and time management skills to help keep students on trackWillingness to provide a truly premium experience for your clients, with high levels of attention and serviceNot required, but we strongly prefer GMAT tutors with 5+ years of intensive teaching experience

Competitive Compensation

Our pay rates are some of the highest in the industry. Starting pay for tutors is $100 to $160 per billable hour to your clients, depending on experience.
