Field Assistants

We’re expanding our teams and seeking experienced RC and Diamond Drilling Field Assistants to support resource drill outs and grade control programs on major gold mining projects entering a high activity phase.

About the Roles

• Multiple positions commencing immediately as drilling ramps up
• Work across resource definition, grade control, and ongoing exploration programs
• FIFO from Perth to well established camps equipped with good amenities, and a supportive site environment
• Contribute to safe, efficient drill operations alongside experienced drillers and geologists
• Be part of a team where your reliability and attention to detail genuinely matter

• At least 5 months’ hands on RC and DD experience
• Comfortable working in remote environments and committed to safe work practices
• A strong team player who communicates well and takes pride in doing the job properly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
• Current Police Clearance
