What you'll be doing? -
Managing client finance functions — Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, delivering everything from bookkeeping through to financial advisory in a truly end-to-end capacity.

Reviewing management reports and financials — Ensure accuracy and quality across management reports and financial statements before they reach clients, upholding the highest standards of work.

Preparing and lodging BAS and tax returns — Handle compliance obligations with confidence, keeping clients on track and fully up to date with their regulatory requirements.

Running payroll and maintaining compliance — Manage payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance is always tight and nothing falls through the cracks.

Serving as the client's trusted go-to — Build genuine relationships with clients, guiding them through their financials in a way that is clear, confident, and genuinely valuable.

Writing and refining processes and procedures — Champion efficiency by documenting workflows and improving systems, so the whole team benefits from shared knowledge and streamlined operations.

Collaborating with a supportive team — Work closely with a close-knit group of professionals who back each other up and genuinely enjoy what they do together.
Who are they looking for? -
Broad accounting experience — A minimum of 5 years of experience across accounting, with exposure to both public practice and commercial or industry environments is highly regarded.

Full-spectrum accounting capability — Confidence across bookkeeping, financial reporting, BAS, tax returns, and payroll, with the ability to move fluidly between each discipline.
