About the role
Title: Asset Auditor ConsultantPosition Type: Fixed Contract, Parttime, FulltimeLocation: Melbourne based, across a variety of client locations with regular travel throughout Australia and New ZealandReporting to: Consultant/General Manager Operations
Primary Purpose: To support the delivery of asset auditing, asset verification, asset condition assessment and facilities asset data quality projects across a range of client portfolios. The role is responsible for undertaking physical asset inspections, validating asset information, assessing asset condition and contributing to the development of accurate and reliable asset registers.
Responsibilities: Undertake Asset Auditor Consultant tasks including: · Conduct physical audits and verification of facilities management and building services assets across client sites.· Capture, validate and update asset data including asset type, make, model, serial number, capacity, location, condition and operational attributes.· Assess asset condition, remaining useful life and maintenance requirements using client standards and industry guidelines.· Interpret and validate asset information from specifications, drawings, O&M manuals and maintenance systems.· Assist in the development and enrichment of asset registers.· Support lifecycle planning and capital forecasting activities through accurate condition and asset data collection.· Undertake quality assurance reviews of collected asset data to ensure alignment with client requirements and governing standards.· Liaise with clients, site representatives and contractors during audit activities.· Ensure all audit activities are undertaken safely and in accordance with company procedures and client site requirements.· Travel to client sites across Australia and New Zealand as required.
Performance Measures:Performance will be regularly monitored and reported against:· Accuracy and completeness of asset audit data· Quality and consistency of reporting deliverables· Ability to meet project deadlines and client expectations· Compliance with client standards and internal QA processes· Professional development and technical competency growth· Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives and team outcomes
