About the role

About the Opportunity
Join NT PHN in a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic leadership and coordination across data, analytics, digital health enablement and reporting functions.
The Data and Digital Health Manager will support evidence-based decision-making and digital health improvement across the organisation by building organisational capability, strengthening data quality and governance, and ensuring reporting and insights effectively inform operational delivery and strategic priorities.
Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this role will drive the development and adoption of data-driven practices and innovative digital health solutions that enhance health outcomes across the Northern Territory.
About You
You are an experienced data, analytics or digital health leader who can translate technical information into practical business outcomes. You bring strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication skills, and you are motivated by using data, reporting and digital health solutions to support better planning, service delivery and health outcomes.
About the Role
This role provides leadership across data, analytics and digital health functions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and priorities while maintaining a strong on-site team presence.

To be successful in your application, you must have legal working rights in Australia. This role may require travel within the Northern Territory, including remote communities and interstate. A current NT driver’s licence, police clearance and Ochre card are required for this position.
