Sales Development Representative — Face-to-Face Client Acquisition

The role, straight up

You’ll represent major national and international clients in face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns — real conversations with real people, every day. Pitching, handling objections, closing. It’s a performance role: your results are measured weekly, and your income and promotions follow them directly.

What your week looks like

• Structured morning training and campaign briefings at our St Leonards office
• Field-based customer acquisition alongside experienced team leaders
• Daily coaching on pitch, objection handling and closing technique
• Weekly performance reviews with clear numbers — you’ll always know exactly where you stand and what your next promotion requires

What you’ll earn

• $60K–$65K base + super — you’re never working commission-only
• Uncapped commissions paid weekly — you see the result of a good week in that week’s pay
• Our consistent top performers earn $120,000+ per year
• Performance incentives on top: quarterly team events, interstate and international trips for top performers, and weekly team competitions with cash and prize bonuses

Where this goes

Promotion is based on results, not tenure. The path is mapped and the criteria are public

inside the business:

1. Sales Development Rep — master the fundamentals (months 0–3)

2. Senior Rep / Team Leader — coach new starters, lead a crew of 4–6 (months 3–9)

3. Campaign Manager — run a client campaign end to end, with P&L responsibility (9–18

months)
