Rail Unloader Operator

We’re currently seeking Rail Unloader Operators to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in rail operations. If you’re safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work outdoors, we want to hear from you.

As a Rail Unloader Operator, you'll play a vital role in the safe and efficient unloading of freight trains. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the wagon unloading process

• Communicating clearly with other team members and operators

• Working in line with rail safety and site protocols

• Assisting with basic site duties to support train movements and unloading operations

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Willing to learn and follow set procedures

• Good communicators who can work well as part of a team

• Able to pass required safety, medical, and background checks

• Be able to pass a CAT 3 Rail Medical and Drug & Alcohol test

• Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance

• Hold a full C Class driver’s licence
