About the Role

We are looking for an experienced multi-site Manager who has entrepreneurial flair to lead and build high performing teams across our stores in the Cairns region. In this fast-paced role you will have the chance to lead and develop an already highly engaged team and will be responsible for all aspects of the retail business.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving KPI's to deliver sales targets through motivating leadership

• Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets across your region

• Motivating and encouraging your teams to achieve their financial budgets

• Developing your team’s skills and capabilities through a hands-on approach

• Recruitment, performance and career development of your team

• Stock feedback and inventory management 

What You Bring:

You’re an experienced multi-site manager who has gained your retail knowledge and expertise within a large format, multi-division fashion retailer with exposure to the wider commercial side of the business.

In addition, you’ll also have:

• Proven multi-site experience in a volume retail sales environment incorporating front line sales and supervision of staff

• Experience with budget development, target implementation and profitable operation of a retail environment

• Knowledge of human resource and personnel management principles, including experience with recruitment and selection

• Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a range of staff, customers and clients

• Ability to coordinate, report on and action stock management and stock take procedures and practices

• Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
